How does delivery and setup work? +
Our team delivers, sets everything up completely, and returns to break it down. You don't lift a finger.
What are your setup requirements? +
A flat, clear area 2ft larger than the unit on all sides and a 110v outlet within 100 feet.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before your event. Within 72 hours may hold 50% deposit.
What happens if it rains? +
Safety first. We'll reschedule at no charge if severe weather is forecast.
How are the inflatables cleaned? +
Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental using commercial-grade, child-safe products.
Do you charge for delivery? +
Delivery is free within 15 miles of our warehouse. Beyond that we charge a flat fee based on your ZIP code, shown at checkout before you pay.
How far in advance should I book? +
For peak season (May through September) we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Off-season, 1 to 2 weeks is usually fine. Same-week bookings depend on availability — call us if you're in a hurry.
Are you fully insured? +
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Many parks and venues require one, so just let us know during booking.
Are there age or weight limits for the inflatables? +
Each inflatable has manufacturer-rated limits posted on the unit and listed on the product page. Most bounce houses recommend ages 3 and up with a 1,000 lb total capacity. Toddler units are sized for ages 1 to 5.
What payment methods do you accept and is a deposit required? +
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure online checkout. A 25% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 48 hours before your event.
What is your cancellation/refund policy? +
Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before your scheduled event date if you do not want to pay the remaining balance. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel at least 4 days before your event, your deposit will be retained as a credit and may be applied toward a future rental. Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event are subject to the full remaining balance, and no refund or credit will be issued. Once your rental has been delivered and set up, no refunds or credits will be provided. If we must cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds or lightning, you will receive a refund according to the applicable circumstances.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK, ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE SIGNING.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

It is recognized that certain recreational activities and rental equipment may involve risks to participants and other persons, even when reasonable safety measures are followed.

All participants and renters have a responsibility to act as reasonably prudent persons when using rental equipment and participating in activities provided by the Company.

By signing this agreement, I agree that I will not:

  1. Interfere with the operation of any rental equipment or activity in a manner that violates applicable rules, regulations, or safety requirements.

  2. Use, or allow others to use, any equipment or facility if they do not have the ability to do so safely. I will request and receive appropriate instructions when necessary before using the equipment.

  3. Engage in harmful, reckless, willful, or negligent conduct that could contribute to or cause injury to another person.

  4. Begin or conduct any self-initiated activity involving the rental equipment without first notifying the Company and, when required, receiving permission from the Company.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

I acknowledge and understand that the activities and equipment I voluntarily participate in or use involve both known and unanticipated risks. These risks may result in injury, death, illness, disease, physical or mental harm, or damage to myself, my property, spectators, guests, invitees, or other third parties.

I understand that my actions may create risks to myself and to other persons. I expressly agree to accept and assume all responsibility and risk for injury, death, illness, disease, or property damage arising from my participation in or use of the rental equipment and activities.

I also agree to be responsible for damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising from injuries or property damage caused by my negligent or improper actions or the negligent or improper actions of persons under my responsibility.

My participation and use of the equipment are voluntary. No one is forcing me to participate, and I choose to participate despite the known and unknown risks.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the services and/or rental property provided, I, for myself and, where legally permitted, for any minor children for whom I am the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, as well as my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release the Company, its principals, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability and waive any claim for damages arising from any cause whatsoever, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

I further agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to reimburse the Company for reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in defending against a legal action brought by me when such reimbursement is legally recoverable.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT

I understand that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between myself and the Company concerning the rental and use of the equipment and related services covered by this contract.

This agreement may not be modified or changed by verbal representations or statements made by employees, agents, or representatives of the Company unless the modification is made in writing and accepted by the Company.

My electronic signature confirms that I have read this entire agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them.


RENTAL CONTRACT

SECTION I: GENERAL PROVISIONS

Operation

1. Property Use

I warrant and guarantee that I have the right or permission of the property owner to use the property where the rented equipment will be delivered and operated.

2. Safe Environment and Supervision

I agree to provide a safe environment for the use of all rented equipment and related equipment by ensuring continuous supervision by competent adults.

I agree to follow all rules of use, operating instructions, and setup requirements. I also agree to take all reasonable precautions to protect the equipment from damage or misuse and to protect all users, guests, invitees, and other persons who may reasonably be in the immediate area of the equipment while it is in use.

3. Designated Attendants

I may designate responsible attendants or operators provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. Sufficient attendants must be present for all equipment and attractions.

  2. Attendants must be 18 years of age or older.

  3. Attendants must understand the proper operation of the equipment, agree to follow the rules of use, and understand its specific hazards.

  4. Attendants must remain under the direct supervision of the renter or the renting organization's authorized representative and have immediate access to them.

  5. Attendants must have sufficient authority and presence to maintain order in their assigned area.

  6. Attendants may operate or supervise only one piece of equipment at a time.

  7. Attendants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

I acknowledge that designating attendants does not transfer liability or responsibility away from the renter.

4. Risks Associated With Rental Equipment

I understand and acknowledge that the rental and use of inflatable rides, interactive amusement devices, dunk tanks, carnival-style games, activity equipment, and other rental items involve both known and unanticipated risks to myself, my guests, and my invitees.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, falling, slipping, crashing, colliding, burns, cuts, broken bones, injuries to the eyes, nose, mouth, or limbs,
